Usage-based Products are the ones if we price the products applying predefined rates based on the usage or future consumption. This is for the “number of” products. Hours, Views, Impressions, Calls, Incidents, Visits, Bandwidth, and many many more. There are a few things you need to do before you begin quoting with Usage-Based Products. The core of CPQ is Quote & Quote Lines. Quote Line Editor is the user interface Salesforce CPQ provides the Sales Reps to add or remove products, apply discounts and markups, and calculate prices for their quote.
The quote line editor interface is where you can view your quote lines and make changes across the entire quote or to individual lines. It can be accessed from the Edit Lines button on the quote record.

After installing the package access the Salesforce CPQ Settings Editor to change settings across the entire package.
From Setup, enter Installed Packages, and then select Installed Packages.
Find the Salesforce CPQ package and click Configure.
Navigate between the setting area tabs to change your settings.

Before installing Salesforce CPQ, enable below permissions in your Salesforce Org.
Enable email deliverability to all users.
Navigate to Setup | Administer | Email Administration | Deliverability. Select All email as the Access level and click SaveEmail Deliverability
