Holidays happen to be my (Sierra) favorite time of year - there’s a shift of expectation in the atmosphere. People are more cheerful, excited about life in general; and even here in Australia (where it warms up more than anything else), you’ll find more friends out and about than you would any other time of year. What a joy. That being said, there are so many aspects of stress that can come with this holiday season. Whether you’re in your element of creating an at-home environment and hosting every party (we see you, type twos & sevens), or enjoying playing a more behind the scenes part b ..read more

The enneagram has exploded recently and if you have no idea what I’m talking about, here’s a good website to get some basic information about it. https://www.enneagraminstitute.com/ For those of you who dislike personality tests because they, “put you in a box,” I’ve heard the enneagram described as “telling you the box that you’re already in so that you can get out of it.” While I am by no means an expert on the enneagram I’m fascinated by it and have learned a lot about it the past few months. I recently had the idea of pairing flowers with each enneagram number. Flowers can be such a sweet ..read more
