There’s a context I see high-achievers living in that seems innocuous but actually causes them quite a bit of suffering. In this episode, we’ll discuss what that context is and how it shows up so that you can decide if happily ever after is serving you, or not.
If you’re like many of the high achievers I work with, it’s likely that you have too much on your plate. I created The Life Review to help you get clear on exactly what is feeling like too much so you can take steps to have a life that feels both full and spacious. Download The Life Review here.

Many underwater achievers are walking around with a micromanager in their brains all day. Like a little drill sergeant with a checklist and a whistle. Gotta do this. Gotta do that. Joyful balanced leaders don’t have that. They’re focused, calmly and joyfully on what’s in front of them — whether that’s their work, their family, or a sweet cup of coffee and book. In this episode, I’ll reveal two simple things that allow them to have that.

If you feel like you’re playing whack-a-mole with all of the to-do’s popping up in your life and your inbox, I guarantee you’re more focused on what you need to do than what you want to do, the tiny pebbles instead of the big rocks, and believing that you have no choice but to do it all like an underwater achiever.
Joyful, balanced leaders approach this a little differently and in today’s episode I offer one key thing you can focus on to get out of the weeds and into the joy, ease, and most important things of your work and life.
