Cub Demolition was contracted to complete all bulk and detailed earthworks for new commercial industrial shed at Munibung road, Cardiff. The job consisted of working within tolerances of +- 5mm. We also had to construct two asphalt carparks roughly 800m2 each, which consisted of all correct falls from working around a live Caltex pipe and also all drainage and kerb and gutter. Cub Demolition were contracted by Built to be involved with The Prince of Wales Hotel Merewether renovation. Our job was to gut the existing entry foyer which included the removal of walls and suspended slab. It was all pulled down to engineered specifications to make way for the new renovation. We used an electric robot crusher, a posi track bobcat and 1.5 tonne excavator to strip the inside the building. Cub Demolition were contracted by Richard Crookes Construction to demolish the old school area of Warnervale Primary School . All demolition work was planned and executed in an extremely safe manner including the removal of all non-friable and Friable asbestos (Encapsulate all areas).
