2019 has been a fun year and to mark the end of it, here is a list of my top travel favorites of this year! Dr. Bronner https://shop.drbronner.com/pure-castile-liquid-soap I love Dr. Bronner! I think it’s easy to say that this is my favorite soap on the market. I love that it really can be used so many different ways as it can help to simplify your toiletries. It can even be used as shampoo, laundry detergent, or toothpaste! Now I haven’t tried it for shampoo as I need natural hair friendly hair care items, but I have washed some things with Dr. Bronner and it got the job done ..read more

https://sadanduseless.b-cdn.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/subway-dog12.jpg I got sent this morning an email about the NYC subway dog ban. https://www.cnn.com/travel/destinations/qatar When I traveled to Doha, Qatar. I was very afraid. I had heard so many different things about the Middle East, the people and the cultures that live there. Frankly, I was unsure as to what I would be going into. I wasn’t sure if I would even see my family again, but I took the chance and stepped out there. By stepping out there to experience something new I open my world up to an amazing experience.  https://smedia2.intoday.in/btmt/images/stories/qatar_660_030917012922_051017011534.jpg My trip to Qatar was not a vacation trip, but rather ..read more

The Salt River is a famous water experience that locals here in Arizona enjoy during the warm season. Located east of Phoenix, The Salt River is nestled in the White Mountains. This is stunning landscape is picqueste and a one in a lifetime experience for visitors. There are wild horses that call the Salt River home and it’s not unusual to see them as you float down the river. They are normally super chilled, but you must remember that they are still wild animals. I love floating down the Salt River and just taking in the beauty of nature which is a nice respite when dealing with the ..read more

So I am one of those people who didn’t grow up camping. Whenever I say this people look at me in pure shock and disbelief and struggle with the statement, “Yeah, I’ve never been camping.”. So I went camping with my church ward up in Lake Powell which is sits right between Utah to the North and Arizona to the South. Go get some popcorn and pull up a chair because this was an interesting experience for a city girl. So my girlfriends and I decided we would drive up in the early evening after work and school from our beloved Phoenix valley. We of course got stuck in traffic. I ate handfuls ..read more
