Sep2024 Dividend/Interest received hit ATH at $19.5K. YTD Investment income = Dividend/Interest =$106K +trade profit $28k  hit $134k after realizing some gains from the US market in Aug. The record dividend income come from many HKSE ,LSE and S-Reit dividend counters that were loaded in the last 2 years YTD portfolio performance is 15% and 20% if dividend is included. Jul2024 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement accounts is $11.8K .  YTD portfolio performance is +7.16% and +10.8% if dividend is included. Valuation of my investment portfolio has hit a record high after some recovery of reit and bond counters.  Trade in Jul I bought about 9k of  Astrea 8 bond (4.35% yield) IPO and 25.5k of SSB to lock in the yield before the pending rate cut . May2024 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement account is about SGD $9029. YTD portfolio performance improved to 3.47% and 5.68% if dividend is included. The overall YTD performance has improved greatly this month as US and HKSE portfolio have been very positive. My overall portfolio has been drag down by my S-Reit portfolio that is sitting on a -14% paper loss. The higher than expected dividend was due to early distribution of FCT.  Dividend and interest income were collected from more than 30 over counters and ETFs in April. YTD portfolio performance improved to 1.36% and 3.13% if dividend is included. This is the 6th monthly investment income received hitting 5 figures for 2023.
