"How good are you willing to feel?"
This is not always an easy question to answer . . . especially during times when life feels quite the opposite of good.
In a recent interview with Dr. Vanessa Sage, she shared that this is one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves at this time.
As we sank into this soulful conversation I felt this question (that I've previously heard and said many times) in a new way. Something about it landed.
I think I had previously always focused on the word good, but in that moment I felt the significance of the word feel. It reverberated throughout my bo ..read more

This past week was busy. Very busy. I found myself immersed in both expected and unexpected projects while trying to gracefully navigate the mixed emotions that popped up along the way.
That was not always easy.
One of the unexpected bits that happened last week was that we had to have a tree taken down. Letting it go was emotional for me.
As I leaned into the emotions, I found myself called to journey and connect with the tree in that way. It was powerful. The tree had a lot to share. The surrounding plants had a lot to share. Spirit had a lot to share. And the process of having that tree rem ..read more

Welcome Back!
In alignment with this season of rebirth, change, and transformation, the podcast has also gone through a bit of change. To begin with, you will notice a new name and cover art. The Crystal Shaman Life Podcast has officially changed to Meet Me in Sacred Space.
Spring is a season of rebirth, change, and transformation. As nature springs to life, we may also recognize this within ourselves. There are subtle ways our heartfelt hopes, ideas, and dreams begin to bloom and take form. As they do, we begin to make shifts to align with them.
This week, in the first episode of the Meet Me ..read more

Magic is brewing here in my studio.
Fresh jewelry designs are being prepped for the upcoming April online show and sale. Website changes have unfolded (perhaps a few more to come). And I've been designing the new cover art for the podcast.
Yes, you heard that right, new cover art for the podcast.
As we arrive at episode 100 this week I find myself reflecting on some of the podcast highlights. That was really fun to do. Several themes jumped out along with many great memories.
Change is beautiful. As we receive the gifts from what is complete, we create space for what is being created. This is ..read more

I spent the weekend getting creative.
I participated in a five day workshop to create a personal oracle deck. It's been a wonderful way to break out of my routine and and sink into a little creative exploration.
A day of creative spiritual play was incredibly nourishing.
Oracle cards are a wonderful way to connect with our inner wisdom.
I got a little giggle as I sat down to write this message and realized the thread of connection with this week's podcast episode. It is all about Practices for Tuning into Your Voice of Inner Wisdom.
How perfect?!

This week I spent a good bit of time connecting with one of my favorite crystal allies, Chrysocolla.
It is the February crystal of the month.
It has a lot to share. This week's podcast episode focuses on these three messages:
1. Trust your inner wisdom. This is not always easy. Chrysocolla is inviting us to be aware of those moments when we dismiss our intuition in favor of logic and reason, or the voice of another. Chrysocolla is reminding us that no time is better than the present to trust our own inner voice, to listen, and act upon our own knowing.
2. Align your vision with love. Chrysocol ..read more

This week's episode is centered around finding and living our unique rhythm.
There are many layers to this conversation and it is one I really enjoy exploring from many different perspectives. This week, I found myself sinking into a bit of reflection about how much my natural rhythm has shifted over the past two years . . . and as a result feels much more in alignment than I ever imagined possible.
I got curious about what prompted this shift and share a bit of what came forward in this week's episode of the Crystal Shaman Life Podcast ..read more

Hey Sacred Friends,
Sharing a replay of this morning's FB Live in the Crystal Shaman Life FB Group.
We dove into conversation around mastery, why talking with stones is a wonderful way to more clearly understand personal and collective energies, and how the hot summer sun is illuminating what is ready to be transformed as we near the summer solstice.
I thought perhaps you would enjoy tuning into this conversation.
Also . . .
I would LOVE for you to join me for the Talking with Stones Masterclass.

"Look for what is right and create more of that."
This is just such a powerful phrase. (one shared with me many times by my dear friend and colleague, Melissa)
"Look for what is right and create more of that."
So often we get wrapped into worries, fears, doubts, and insecurities around what is not working or what is not 'going right' that we begin to see this as a 'safe' place.
Expressing and sharing our worries, doubts, and fears becomes the 'safe' place in conversation, the 'safe' place in the ways we see ourselves, and it is the 'safe' place we cling to as we stand on the precipice of a lea ..read more
