From this Sunday, businesses have one year left to claim the hundreds of pounds available for each chargepoint installed. Most of the financial incentives still available from the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) will close on 31 March 2025. The schemes were designed to encourage EV adoption now that the purchase grants for electric cars are long gone (although the Plug-in Van and Truck Grant runs until 31 March 2025 with purchase discounts for individuals and organisations). New research from Sodexo shows there is a growing expectation among consumers to see low-carbon options and carbon labelling on menus. Majority of employees unaware of new law changes to flexible working

Seven out of 10 employees (70 per cent) are not aware that the law is changing to make it easier to request flexible working at work, finds a new survey from the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas). The YouGov poll, which was conducted in January this year found that 43 per cent of employers were also unaware of the law change.
