So I am in a dilemma. I have the epub of a daily newsletter sent to my email every day. I want it to be automatically forwarded to my kindle, so I can read it on my daily commute. I thought I could just set gmail to automatically forward every email from sender X to my kindle email address, problem solved! I just opened my Kindle Paperwhite (2018) to continue the book I’m reading. My reading progress and highlights are all gone. The book opens at the cover page and 0% progress. On the iPhone app, after downloading the book, at least the progress has been restored but the highlights are gone. It’s an EPUB I transferred to Kindle using the Amazon upload-to-Kindle website. I just got a pretty good deal ($250cad) on a basically unused Kindle Scribe with premium pen and a case. I just wanted to let anyone on the fence know it's a pretty cool device and worth a second look used if a new one is out of your price range. Especially if you just want something to draw on, write, and read with. The only hitch to me is Audible doesn't work in Canada, so Bluetooth is unusable (if I'm not mistaken) which was a bit of a bummer.
