We've been getting a lot of emails about shipping costs being too high and we wanted to address the community about it here. So why does it cost almost $50 to ship a spider? Why does Micro Wilderness only offer FedEx Overnight or 2 Day Shipping? 1. Federal Law Federal Law prohibits the shipment of live animals, especially dangerous live animals, via US Postal Service. DHL, and UPS also will not carry live animals. The only legal method of shipping dangerous animals is FedEx Overnight, or FedEx 2 Day delivery. I’m not an animal hoarder I swear!  This year has been difficult because I started to phase out breeding projects I started a decade ago, rehoming snakes that literally grew up with me. C’est la vie, part of growing up is making space for new thing to flourish in you life right? Hey guys! Thanks for reading the things I write. Ive never committed to a blog because of the daunting nature of keeping current but i think this is a good place to start.   This week is a super exciting one for us! We are opening the web store tomorrow. Forgive me if there are hiccups on the site, i know there are a few bugs to be found, hit me an email or facebook message if you find one of them.
