Related Tab provides access to the related entities in dynamics 365. In some cases, we need to hide this tab for some reason. So let’s see how we can hide Related Tab from dynamics 365 form.
To hide/remove Related Tab from Dynamics 365 form then follow the below steps:
Select the form (Case) from which we need to hide Related Tab
Open the form and go to Form properties
Uncheck “Show navigation items” and Click on OK.
Save and Publish the form changes.
Then refresh the form, we can see the Related Tab is now hide from the form ..read more

Please follow the below steps to create a trial instance of Dynamics 365 using personal email address(Gmail, Hotmail etc.):
Step 1:
Go to https://trials.dynamics.com/. Click on “Sign up here” link.
After creating a trial instance, we can access below CE apps like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Service.
If we want to create a trial instance for Finance and Operations, Business Central or Human Resources then we need work email address.

Go to Sitemap –> App Settings –> Sales Administration –> Sales Territories
Click on New button to create new sales territory.
Enter Territory Name, Parent territory if required, Manager (User’s lookup) and Description. When you’re done, then select Save.
In the sales territory form, fill in your information.
Name. Enter the geographical name for the territory such as the name of a city, country/region, or a state.

Email Template Error – “There was a problem creating your template. Please try again or contact Microsoft Support” when creating Email Template with permission level equals to Organization.
User has CSR Manager security role in Customer Service Hub. Email Template privileges are as below :
Solution: In CSR Manager Role, Under Core Records, I found that Email Template does not have any privileges for Share. Need to set Business Unit level privileges for Share.

Step 1: In Customer Service Hub App, go to Service Management area.
Step 2: In the left pane, select Queue from the Case Settings.
Step 3: To create a new queue, Select New button.
Step 4: In the Summary section, complete the required fields.
