Häagen-Dazs has just dropped a limited edition ruby cacao ice cream for Valentine’s Day. Ruby cacao is a type of cacao that can be found in Ecuador, Brazil, and Ivory Coast. Since cacao is influenced by its environment, so ruby cacao has to be cultivated by specific regions. Ruby is the fourth chocolate, milk, dark, and white.
