These Eggless lemon bars are delicious as it looks..look at the colour, bright, punchy and certainly appetising too. I have been thinking of baking these eggless lemon bars for a while and finally made these beauties.. I found this recipe from here.. Almond rhubarb cake, baked few months ago. I know rhubarb is seasonal and basically a spring produce. Seeing on the produce section of the supermarket recently, I decided to give it a spin again.. It’s always interesting to note that  delicious recipes  are created when we are struck with creativity. Self saucing puddings definitely packs a punch. Just handful of ingredients to assemble  and freshness bursting from the seasonal oranges makes it totally irresistible. Ever since we brought a waffle maker, I have been looking for a perfect waffle recipe  and I guess my search is over.
