Lexie Bader’s story is one of remarkable transformation and resilience. Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, she spends her weekends snowboarding, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, electric longboarding, and camping. This adventurous spirit has always defined her life, even through the most challenging times.

On May 2, 2024, CMS released LCD (ID-33787) and Policy Article Revisions (A52496) for L5783, the new HCPCS code established for RevoFit for Lower Limb Adjustable Prosthetic Sockets.
The LCD (Local Coverage Determination) was added to the HCPCS codes table based on CMS HCPCS coding determinations.
