Hello all. I created my account, TopNotch729 yesterday. I set it up exactly how I was supposed to, checked out the forums, and went offline. Skip to the next day.. I log back in only to find out I'm banned. Why? "Spam".. I don't understand how I was "spamming" even though I didn't post a single thing. I was hoping someone could explain to me how on windows can switch the language I see on my google chrome browser and on generally on everything else I see in my computer while using it, for example when on settings or even while installing something. I’m trying to install a computer game on a family member’s computer but stuff appears in a foreign language and I want to switch it to English before installing that computer game and then switch it back to the foreign language after the game...
