Flood Risk Assessment  Areas across Southern inland QLD and Northern inland NSW have recorded above average rainfall during the past few 6 months. Recent rainfall through Winter is continuing to keep the ground saturated with dams, rivers, creeks and streams continuing to run and fill up. Earlier this week thunderstorms developed through Central West and Southern inland QLD now forecasts are confident of widespread activity through Central and Northern districts on Sunday and Monday. The highest risk will be damaging winds up to 120km hour with possibly some destructive winds over 125km hour developing along the coast.
