    Our Commitment To Sustainability: At Salad Days we have a strong focus on maintaining a sustainable working environment and mitigating our environmental impact. We've recently taken the decision to relocate to Kings Cross to enable us to switch to delivering via cargo bike wherever possible. This is the latest step we have put in place to try and lower our carbon footprint. We know our efficient delivery service relies on diesel vans to transport orders, so we hope to offset this by planting over 100 trees in the next month. The trees will be planted in areas of extreme deforestation in Peru, namely the Amazon rainforest where over 6% of the world’s oxygen comes from. Working with One Tree Planted we hope this has a big impact on our planet. Looking to the future Salad Days will be opening a new delivery hub in Central London.
