Spooky Spiderweb Avocado Hummus – Endometriosis-Friendly Snack.
1 ripe avocado
1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Black sesame seeds for the spiderweb
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the avocado, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
Using a toothpick or small spoon, create a spiderweb pattern on the surface with the black sesame seeds.
Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
