Spring is the perfect time to revitalize your home gym. Whether you have a dedicated space or just a corner of a room, a thorough spring cleaning can revitalize and create a more inviting environment to workout in. Here are my top tips to get started. This post contains affiliate links.

Declutter
Start by removing any unused or broken equipment, as well as any items that don’t belong in your space. This will help to make your gym feel more spacious and organized. Hanging resistance bands on easy to mount hooks is my favorite hack.
