The Convention of States is an emergency brake for a runaway train. The state legislatures have the power to limit the scope of the power of the federal government. Time is short, and Congress clearly isn’t interested in limiting the Federal Government. We have a better way to do this, and we need to get involved to help this movement grow. America can learn from Israel’s successes and its mistakes.
