There is an issue in Oracle HCM that after running HCM Spreadsheet data loader(HSDL) for User.dat - Business Object, the load shows as success but the changes are not visible in the UI. The issue is the same with Create, Update, and Delete, where status shows as Success in spreadsheet loader, but changes are not reflected in the UI. There are couple of issue around adding a person id to a user account in oracle HCM suit. Below are the couple of use cases/ issue which we will discuss deep in this post. What is the difference between BENEFIT_NBR and BENEFIT_RCD_NBR fields? I had this question for so long and below is what I found. BENEFIT_NBR: BENEFIT_NBR field is particular to Base Benefits Enrollment. From my analysis, I found that this field is no longer used by PeopleSoft and Oracle would also confirm that. What I was trying to do? I tried to open Application Designer installed locally in a PeopleSoft client workstation. I would just click on pside.exe file to open PeopleSoft Application Designer. Immediately, on launching pside.exe, I would get this error message. "Your security options are set improperly. Please contact your security administrator."
