My life is about three magical words. Three words everyone heard before. And it’s not about the well-known words “I love you”. A little bit, though. It’s a story about the question, “Who am I?”… Hi guys, I am Manuela and I am 26 years old. I am not finished with “The Millionaire Fastlane“ yet but it has already changed my life. I’d rather say it changed my perspective and and as a result my perception. But there was a time before as well… When I was little, there was a strong bond... Read more ..read more

I don't really think I could generally use a VA at the moment, but there is one thing I really need help with: I'm looking for a tool, or a collection tools, that would cover the following needs: Log hours spent by hour staff (timesheets), ideally both billable and non-billable hours Generate invoices based on billable hours from timesheets Import invoices from our suppliers (including invoices from freelancers) Analytics (how much money are we making per staff member, per... During college I have studied some BS courses, but I also studied my major which is physical therapy . I'm intrigued by the topic of anatomy and would be fulfilled if my career consists of anatomy and physiology, but I also feel this HUGE pull towards business. After reading Mj Demarco books and countless other success books I find that my lenses are business oriented. I see the business skews. I see how other businesses take my money. I see what the system tries to sell and so many people... Read more ..read more

In my home country, I have started a successful solo Air Conditioning cleaning business. I have created a very unique and compelling sales pitch, and it has worked wonders so far. I no longer do any of the sales or the cleaning myself, I have hired people as independent contractors/freelancers to do everything. I have a couple of people that do door-to-door/face to face sales on commission; they get a fixed amount of money for every client they secure. And there are a couple of people who... Hello, Nice to meet you all. I decided to join the forum to read experiences from SMEs and learn more about successful processes. I actually came across TMF after reading another book about "miracle mornings" which was really helpful and helped kick my a$$ in gear. As a creative I've always struggled with... what does MJ call it... Intellectual Flatulence? I have a million ideas and creative ways to see the world but was totally overwhelmed and confused when thinking about how to execute. I... Read more ..read more

Hey, glad to be here. Let me introduce myself. I'm from Germany (if anyone from germany wants to connect feel free to pm me). 30 Years old dude, I have a son in the age of 6. Most of my life was a failure and time waste. To be short I basically wasted 12 years of my life. After school my plan was to go to german college, for that I had to visit another school which grants me the access to go to college. During that my dad, who is the king of the slow lane, always told me I should not study... Read more ..read more

My challenge with books
The Fastlane Entrepreneur Forum

When I pick up a book, there's usually a reason—I'm lacking in the field, and the book not only provides valuable knowledge but also actionable motivation. With that burst of motivation and knowing what to do, I stop reading and start taking action. This cycle repeats; however, it causes me to pick up multiple books and read - 20%, 50%, 80% of the book and never really 'finish' it. My goal is not to 'finish' the book but to learn, however, the fact that I don't go all the way through and... Read more ..read more

Hello everyone, I am facing a major decision and would greatly appreciate your opinions and experiences. My long-term goal is to own multiple restaurants of the same brand, serving an entire state in Germany (perhaps even nationwide). I dream of spending my days visiting my restaurants and spending time with partners, customers, employees, and guests. Option A: One of Germany’s largest system restaurateurs, who is currently developing a new concept, has shown interest in having... Read more ..read more

How does one not feel empty

I don't know if I'm just lazy or what. But I seem to go in this circle where for months, I'm extremely motivated and dedicated and put in the work for my goals, and life feels amazing. Then, out of nowhere, it completely dies. Everything feels like a chore and life feels very empty. Kinda like I'm just alive, not really living. And I go back to feeling dedicated months later and the cycle just repeats. I don't know if I just lack discipline or purpose or what, but I hear people talk... Read more ..read more
