Grade Exams What are Grade Exams & Why Should I Take Them? Grade exams are a non-competitive way for all dancers to get objective feedback about their dancing and show progress as they advance in their Irish dance career.  At grade exams, dancers perform for a certified examiner and each student is graded individually based on their technique alone and not ranked in comparison with other dancers.  Dancers receive a grade for each level, as well as individualized feedback from the examiner.   There are 12 grades, each of which has specific material that must be performe ..read more

Exciting Announcement!  We are EXTREMELY excited to announce that we will be running 2 Feiseanna this June! The first annual Burke Connolly Feis AND we have proudly taken over Feis Na Tara to run its 30th year and beyond! Our Feiseanna will be held on June 12th & June 13th. We are hoping to also offer grade exams 1-10 on June 11th. Both Feiseanna will be hosted by our new 501c3 organization whose purpose is to promote Irish culture & competitions in the Atlanta Community. Our first order of NEW Pink Headbands & Capes arrived this summer, and they look awesome! Now comes the tricky bit: Transitioning our LOOK to our new color scheme! The Transition: Green headbands are permitted until 3/18/2021. After that date, all dancers will be required to wear the pink headbands/crowns.
