The Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced it is extending the deadline for the public comment period on a proposed rule that makes certain modifications to rules for SEFs and DCMs in Part 37 and 38 that would establish governance requirements regarding market regulation functions, as well as related conflicts of interest standards.
