In the run up to the UK exiting the European union on the 31st of December 2020 ,the British Government published two documents of interest to medical device regulations should a ‘no deal’ be the out-come from Brexit negotiations, “Submitting regulatory information on medical products if there’s no Brexit deal” and “How medicines, medical devices and clinical trials would be regulated if there’s no Brexit deal”. Our public training programme was suspended in March but we are now beginning to deliver a more comprehensive training programme.
