This is an old favourite recipe I created after combining ideas from around four different mushroom stroganoff recipes I found online. Today is my 6 month anniversary of starting my fitness plan with Nicolle so I wanted to publish another update. I've now lost 3.5 stones (22.2kg) I've dropped 3 dress sizes. I want to lose 5 more kg (and then it depends what my body fat % is what we do next). I'm fed up of the rain and being muddy on all my walks! Following my health update, a few of you have asked me about the plan in more detail so I thought I'd share some more info here about the food I've been eating since I started in September.
