Starting October 1, 2022, the Government of Canada is removing all COVID-19 regulations with regards to travel and entry restrictions, including testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements for everyone entering Canada.

Beginning November 2022, the National Occupation Classification (NOC) 2021 version will be used by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to determine the eligibility of occupations under both temporary and permanent residency programs.
The changes will reflect the following:
Four Category Skill Level Structure will be replaced by six-category level under the new TEER system;
Sixteen additional eligible occupations for Express Entry;
Five-digit codification system to replace the current four-digit system.

Good news for the month of June!
As of June 7, 2022, the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, announced enhancements to Canada’s Super Visa program for parents and grandparents to easily reunite with their families in Canada and stay for a longer period of time. The enhancements will take effect on July 4, 2022.
