If you have been living under a rock, then chances are you haven’t heard of Alkaline diet. The alkaline diet is a diet where you are to eat foods which are only alkaline in nature. The way the alkalinity is measured is thru the Ph level test which ranges from 1-9. If your fruit is at 1, then it is very acidic whereas if your food is at 9 then it is very alkaline. So any food which is 7ph and above is considered to be alkaline and you can then eat it.
