The La Gloria Cubana Turquinos is one of three cigars made by Habanos S.A. and belongs to the brand’s regular production portfolio. The Turquinos, in particular, was the last to be released in chronological order in the first months of 2023 despite having been announced the previous year. The name is a tribute to Piquo Turquino, the highest mountain on the Cuban island (1974m). It should be noted, however, that in the vitolario of La Gloria Cubana, there was a Turquinos, discontinued in the 1970s, with a very different vitola from today’s (at the time, it was a Short Panetela). The Turquinos ..read more

Habanos S.A. launched a new Vintage program inspired by the custom of retailers and consumers who have been aging Cuban Cigars for many years. Vintage Habanos are cigars already rolled in their original wooden boxes, sealed, and marked with the month and year of manufacture. These Habanos are left to age for years in perfect conditions of conservation. This process is established and monitored by the Regulatory Council of the Protected Appellations of Origin of Habanos, P.A.O., whi ..read more
