I'm hoping this is more of arsenal "dark arts" Letting players go but telling them to complain of an injury so they come back early

Why is it players and managers continuously bitch about the amount of games they play, and then be first in line to be picked for the interlull.
Im fast coming to the opinion that its not club or international team to blame here.......its the player, Saka, Rice, Martinelli....they all know whats ahead of them for the season and they all made the personal choice to go and play their respective interlull matches, 2 out of the 3 are crocked and i cant imagine rice being as fresh as he would be had he skipped those 2 England games. Its not like he can claim he's ALWAYS wanted to play for England ..read more

There was an article about Footballers and Brain Damage on Radio 4 recently and how the Governing Football bodies/associations are looking
to find ways of reducing the number of times players Head the Ball. Whilst I can appreciate why they would (perhaps should) look into it. this Football being what it is ( a physical sport); though it is becoming less and less part of the game as each season goes by to the point where it is becoming more like Ball Room Dancing....Talking of which this is "Utterly Embarrassing" ... Either Merse headed the ball too many times OR he needs the fuckin' money ..read more

Not having a pop at you TeeCee mate and I genuinely like your new found optimism (too many negative fuckers like me and augie and Retro on here! ) but do you not see the problem with those two statements in red?
Yup I totally know what you're getting at mate. I do really feel this is our year though and it looks like we'll have to do it against the odds with all the injuries. I see us going full on GG in games, playing low blocks, 1-0 to the Arsenal, siege mentality. Without Ode and Saka we are very limited in creativity but we have enough to beat most teams still, even if we have to bore ..read more

I shouldn’t have watched this but I did. Fucking blood boiling now. Look at the way he justifies everything you fucking cheating fucking corrupt C.UNT

I watched it top rodders and I was in a rage watching it.
It's so fucking obvious to anyone that has ever played the game that veltman has completely hoodwinked the ref ffs. And not only that he has completely lashed Rice out of it. Oh it should have been a red card alright, but not to Rice, it should have been to the veltman cùnt.
And seeing that bald fucking prick who was one of ..read more

Seeing some headlines that Saka might have picked up a knock on Ingerland duty. Didn't watch it so can anyone confirm if he looked fucked going off or maybe HOPEFULLY just precautionary....
I didn't watch it as can't be arsed and was out fir a birthday meal but from what I've read he was holding his hamstring and limped off, doesn't sound great
Hopefully just precautionary after he felt a tweak in it, but no it doesn't sound good at all, mate.
