So I've read a bunch of things that say not to wash your beard every day and to apply beard oil to it to keep it hydrated. However, whenever I do this, the skin underneath my beard gets extremely dry and itchy due to eczema. Is there a beard oil I can get that would treat the eczema as well? At the moment I have a medicated shampoo that I use to keep it under control, and if I don't apply it daily it flares up badly.
