I found out I was pregnant April 23rd. I haven’t been to the doctor yet or know how far along I am, but the symptoms are kickin my ass. I’m short of breath, nauseous, and tired/physically exhausted. I typically work DU/service desk (normally just backing up service desk. i spend most of my time on DU). With summer coming up and all the lifting I do on DU, i want to start doing service desk more to take it easy on my body. Yesterday, i worked my full 8 hours on DU and was the only one working DU until my lunch, and it was hell. Is it too soon to talk to leaders about being pregnant and wanting ..read more

When your boss asks you what does “not here” mean to you what will you say? Obviously this has to do with the new directives.

Inspired by r/askreddit thread
One Mother's Day an older lady threw a hissy fit at guest services about a bouquet of flowers that she chose HERSELF. Her main complaint was that they were dead but I could not figure out how to help this lady since she just kept yelling and throwing the bouquet on the floor. LOD let her choose a new bouquet and she left like she didn't just throw a whole ass tantrum.

So I’m a checkout advocate and also a keys. I get paid 16.75 as the minimum pay. There’s an opening at a Starbucks at my workplace but the downside they want a full time worker there as in no switching of department. They get paid 20 which I was shocked. I love being a cashier but I want that pay but I don’t know if I want to fully be a Starbucks cashier. Retail is new since I’ve been working as a manager at fast food chains for almost 3 years. Should I do it and make money or how is Starbucks inside target.

So now that DUs show up as either on time or not on time, that means we should just ignore the orders that pass 3 minutes right?
Because 5 orders that are all 20 seconds over 3 minutes is worse than 4 orders on time and one that has to wait 10 minutes?….
I’m not about to get lectured on how we need a higher percent on time when they can’t even tell how many seconds it was late by…

Hi so right off the bat I don’t work for Target but my boyfriend does and I’m concerned for his safety at work. Last week a customer or guest in your lingo had asked my boyfriend out and even made a lewd comment and my boyfriend flat out told him no and that he was in a relationship, the guy moved on and left my bf alone until the next day he came again persistent on asking him out again and my boyfriend sternly told him no and to leave him alone, the guest didn’t seem to take it too seriously till my bf just kept telling him to leave him alone else he’d tell security .
My boyfriend told his ..read more

if target had these in beauty my life would improve tenfold- ESPECIALLY with nail polish and elf. stuff gets so overstocked and it’s ugly and it’s hard to deal with and it makes zoning take 50 times longer. also i feel like people would just be more willing to put their stuff back more often than not
