Hi ladies, Today was an 82 minute gym circuit, upper body weights using machines, cables and dumbbells, sled for cardio and weights up to 11 plates, then finished with lower body machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Wow, I can't believe I am 1st. Hope everyone is ok today. Today I stayed home and did 2 of my own workouts from my class. 1st was a 54 minute Kickbox circuit done to disco music, so much fun. The I put in a kickbox only workout I named Cardio Kickbox Frenzy. Music was great on both. 2nd one was about 44 minutes. So I got some weights in with the 1st one and floor abs, and standing abs with the 2nd one. Hope all is well ..read more

I asked on the support [at] shopcathe [dot] com email address but haven't received an answer so I thought I'd check here. I'm having trouble signing up on Roku for Cathe Live. I used to have Cathe on demand. I've tried: 1. using my old info; 2. creating all new sign in/create an account info, 3, using my Roku sign in info-nothing works. Can anyone help? Thanks ..read more

Good Morning Everyone, Today I did a Boho B. yoga workout for 45 minutes. It was stretch only, holding poses for 4 minutes at a time. Wowza! Great workouts from everyone yesterday. Glad to see us checking in and getting in our daily fitness. I am off to Ottawa again tomorrow for a few days so I won't be working out. Have a great day everyone ..read more
