Hoping to get some tips and ideas on how to juggle full time work, long commutes, family commitments and exercise. I get up at 7am, leave for work at 8am, get to work at 9am. Leave work at 5pm. Get home at 6pm, have dinner and am ready to collapse into bed after that. Not sure how I can fit exercise into my schedule or even have the energy to do it. Hoping to see what everyone else does so I can try to make changes in my current lifestyle ..read more

My question: Has anyone tried either of these 2 companies... Quick thoughts on prework out ..read more
