I had moved out of state (From Maine to Colorado where a Dr helped my spine to line up better after a bad car accident) which helped me to walk better, but I still had a long way to go!! When I moved back to Maine I'd look out my window seeing a main walking path in the city which overlooks the harbor ..read more

For some background I have lost over 100lbs naturally in the past 2 years and I'm now a healthy weight according to BMI. Although my abdomen is very flat I feel I appear quite wide and I'd like to achieve further sculpting of the waist. I'd also like to slim my arms down further and develop some definition. I eat fairly clean and I walk a lot and do weekly Body Pump classes but I'm looking for exercises which will specifically help me target these areas ..read more
