After having to do a reinstall of the app, I followed Jake’s suggestion and copied the settings folder of my previous install. After the install, I copied the previous chart templates into the new settings folder. Immense time saver not having to reinstall indicators, etc. Thanks again, Jake! I copied the workspace template over as well but it fails to show up as an option. If there is an option to install a workspace template to a new install/new computer, that would make a nearly effortless transition. Is this possible ..read more

Same issue loading here, ESHO’s nowhere to be found and reloading the chart does nothing. I’ve also noticed the only indicator I ever use, Delta, working intermittently when on tick charts. I have an issue today with the volume profile not filling in properly. I first noticed it on my lower time frame charts so I checked the settings and didn’t see anything wrong so I closed the application and opened it back up and then I saw that volume profile data was missing from my daily charts. You can see a price level I marked in red where there used to be data but its not showing up anymore. I have “full chart range” selected so Im not sure whats going on. Optimus is about to launch its web-based product soon, which you can use on Mac. I am wondering what the “period” in the settings for the fractal indicator changes. I assumed it was the number of bars it used to define the fractal with 5 being the most common. However, it doesn’t appear to work that way when I look to see what fractals appear with a different setting.
