Every Easter, I make a batch of these Easy Easter Chocolate Bird Nests. They only take a few minutes to make and use just three ingredients. They are so easy that even the kids can make them.
Some people like to add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to these, but I like to use just the chocolate. You could always keep half the mixture of plain chocolate and add a tablespoon of peanut butter to half of the mixture so you have a few of each.
Ingredients
I prefer Cadbury chocolate when making them as it seems to melt well and taste better than some generic branded chocolate.

This Spaghetti Carbonara is the easiest pasta dish you can make and it's ready in under 15 minutes. Not only is it quick and easy to make, you only need a few ingredients to make it.
The ingredients in this spaghetti carbonara recipe are simple and creamy! You will be shocked to know that there is no cream in this recipe, but the end result is a creamy pasta dish. The fat and oil mixed with the egg and pasta makes the most amazing sauce.
Ingredients
spaghetti pasta
eggs
parmesan cheese grated

This Berry Oat Slice is easy to make and makes the perfect snack for the lunchbox. The slice has a crumbly oat biscuit base filled with berries and a crunchy top.
This berry oat slice is delicious and a popular snack in my girl's lunchbox. This recipe will make enough pieces that you could freeze half of it and pop the rest in the fridge for lunches or an afternoon snack.
Another way to serve this oat slice is to warm it up slightly in the microwave and top it with some custard or vanilla ice cream.

If you haven't tried Lemon Chicken Risoni before (orzo), it's a small pasta, and when cooked in this dish, it's similar to risotto. I like cooking with it as it cooks quickly and can be used in so many different ways.
Ingredients

butter
onion
garlic
Italian seasoning
uncooked risoni pasta

This Creamy Chicken Lasagna Recipe is so good! It is filled with layers of a cheesy spinach white sauce and juicy chicken, you won't go back to making a traditional lasagna in a hurry.
Making this creamy chicken lasagna with white sauce from scratch is actually pretty easy! You could use a store-bought roast chicken to make it even easier. It's one of my family favourites along with my Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni recipe.
Ingredients

butter
onion
garlic

My viral Lamington Wreath is the easiest "no bake" Christmas dessert you will make. Best of all, it will take under 10 minutes to put together using just a few store-bought ingredients.
When I say easy, I mean easy! You just buy everything you need to make it from the supermarket and assemble it in under 10 minutes. I made homemade whipped cream as it seems to hold up much better than the canned spray cream, but you could use the canned stuff, too.

How cute are these puff pastry Christmas trees filled with ham and cheese? They are easy to make and would be the perfect festive snack to serve for Christmas. I love that you can fill them with just about anything you like or make them into a sweet treat with Nutella filling like my Nutella Puff Pastry Christmas Trees Recipe.
Ham and cheese puff pastry trees are a savoury appetiser or snack that combines puff pastry's flaky goodness with the rich ham and cheese flavours. I have folded them in a Christmas tree shape and attached them to a skewer to serve.

Sweet and sour pork is one of my favourite Chinese takeaway meals to make at home. It's budget friendly and super easy to make using just a few ingredients. If you haven't tried sweet and sour pork before, it's crispy fried pork pieces tossed in sweet and sour sauce with vegetables.
You might think this classic chinese takeaway meal is hard to make, but it's surprisingly easy to make. This recipe makes a large batch that will feed the entire family with white rice. You can add any vegetables you like to this recipe to bulk it up and make it go further too.

If you like a mild tomato based curry with juicy, flavour packed chicken, then this super simple chicken tikka masala is right up your alley! Plus, it's a hit with the little ones, and you'll only need one pan to whip it up.
What I love about this recipe is just how easy it is to make! While it looks like a lot of spices to start with, you can use the same spices to make my mild butter chicken recipe that has rave reviews from fellow mums.

These Creamy Chicken Enchiladas are easy to make and one of my favourite Mexican inspired meals. They are made with shredded chicken inside of flour tortillas, topped with a creamy cheesy sauce.
What I love about this recipe is that you can adjust the spice level depending on how spicy you like your food. The tin green enchilada sauce has a little spice, so you can use less or more depending on what you like.
I like to add some toppings to my enchiladas, but that is completely optional. I top them with diced tomato, onion, avocado and coriander once cooked and out of the oven.
