Hello everyone! This is your website admin Holly. Pete sent this to me while he was still in Tanzania in May and I forgot to hit post! Thank you, and here goes… Wendy Broadbent from Utah and Agripa, the principal of St Philip’s, organized a 4-day conference for parents of children with disabilities to help their children get educated. They took videos of past graduates of St Philip’s, who have gone out into their parishes and working with the paren ..read more

Here, you can see that Gracewell and I have made the form for the slab. We have also put in pieces of metal, and now Gracewell is welding them together to give the structure more strength. This is with all the metal connected together. This metal grid work is removed and about 1″ of cement is put in.The wire mess is buried into the cement, and more is added. The wire mesh is buried. Here, it is filled with cement. Now, we will smooth it out and let it set for a couple of days, putting water on it so that it drys evenly. Godspeed, Peter ..read more

Tree on the Roof
Peter Goes to Tanzania
by Peter Bak
2y ago
One night, we had a lot of big winds, which felt good. But, it took down a dead tree alongside our workshops. There is a live electrical wire going to our shops. It never broke, so we never lost power. Thank the Lord, because the electric company takes its sweet time coming out.My two guys, Gracewell and Goodluck, along with a few others, cut up the tree and stacked the wood to be taken over to the kitchen to be used for kindling. Ok, we got rid of all the branches but how do we get this off the roof ..read more
