Q: What are exams for? A: ?
The new patient/comprehensive and recall exam are so commonplace that sometimes I think we don't think about the why. In this episode Al digs a little deeper (spoiler: it's not a chance for you to find stuff to do on patients) and explains how he has created trust and value with a plain old recall or new patient exam.
