Sparklers have moved beyond special occasions into everyday life in recent years. According to analysts at the beverage alcohol market data firm IWSR Group, the number of Americans buying bubbles rose by 30% between 2019 and 2022. People are not only drinking more sparkling wine, they are drinking it more frequently. During that period the number of people sipping bubbly monthly rose to 72%, up from 56%, and experts expect this figure to rise by more than 15% through at least 2026. Most impressive, though? Wine Enthusiast Magazine
by Kara Newman

The iconic martini has stood the test of time for a few reasons. It’s instantly recognizable—everyone knows the namesake V-shaped glass—and unmistakably bracing, crisp and versatile. Wine Enthusiast Magazine

Tteokbokki—rice cakes in a spicy-sweet sauce—is surprisingly easy to make at home once you hit a Korean grocery for the ingredients. The rice cakes may be fresh, refrigerated, or frozen, all of which are fine for this recipe. Also feel free to use Korean soup stock instead of water. If not using the fish cake sheets, just substitute an equal amount of additional fish cakes. Need a Breakfast Refresh? Try Bandeja Paisa, a Colombian Go-To
Wine Enthusiast Magazine

In this recipe, slab bacon is used in place of Colombian chicharrón. By all means use fried pork belly if you can find it at a Colombian store or restaurant, and reheat in an air fryer or oven for this dish. Carne en polvo (powdered meat) is traditional but can be substituted with ground or shredded beef. Bandeja Paisa (Colombian Breakfast Platter) Ingredients ¾ lb. beef or veal stew meat 2 ½ inch slices slab bacon, cut crosswise 4 small Colombian chorizos (halved crosswise if large) 1 very ripe plantain, cut diagonally into 4 long, thick slices 1 ½ cups cooked white rice 1 ½ cups cooked ki ..read more
