The Big Spur USC’s offense was unable to get anything going South Carolina’s offense went back to its unproductive ways in the second game of the Gainesville Super Regional, as the Gamecocks were blanked 4-0 by Florida to end their season. The Big Spur USC outscored its opponents 41-14 in the Regional 1-seed South Carolina rolled to a 16-7 win over 2-seed Campbell in the Columbia Regional on Sunday night, punching their ticket to the Super Regionals next weekend. The Big Spur USC’s offense erupted to start this round of play 1-seed South Carolina got off to a hot start in the Columbia Regional, trouncing 4-seed Central Connecticut State 19-1 on Friday night to advance to the winner’s bracket. After leaving the bases loaded in the first, the Gamecocks cashed in on another bases loaded situation in the second.
