This spring, the Star Wars Kids launched a series of mindfulness exercise videos hosted by Ashley Eckstein. Reports broke in October that France’s final Disney Store’s closure was imminent. On Christmas Eve, the staff took job action to protest the move. Disney’s location on Paris’ Avenue des Champs-Élysées opened in 1993. While any retailer would long for a location on one of the world’s top retail destinations, Disney had found a French firm to start shopping their unit around for a new tenant. Earlier this week, I arrived at Walt Disney World with the hopes of spending a few days at the theme parks for the holiday season. However, the first evening I was there, I tested positive for Covid-19… which totally derailed my entire trip. Even though I was feeling fine, I tested positive after finding out that numerous family members that I saw back at home on Thanksgiving were now sick with Covid.
