i know my limits for mental health so today i tried getting a referral for hyson green so i can stabilise myself and be in a safe environment -- but my gp just outright refused to give me a referral?? and told me i should go on a mental health plan and see a psychologist for depression instead?? I know of T&E in Fyshwick but their trading hours don't work for me since I'm only in Canberra every Tuesday - I learned a lot of businesses here don't operate Mondays/Tuesdays ?
