Strange Girl - Rick Remender, Eric Nguyen
I know that’s a bit of a loaded question. But I was just looking through my collection and realized I’ve had this copy of Rick Remender’s Strange Girl for years and have never gotten around to reading it.

Hi,
My Google-fu having abandoned me for this quest, I am appealing here to collective knowledge. It seems unlikely to get an answer, given the few elements in my possession, but you never know. When I was a kid, in the 80s, I remember leafing through a graphic novel and... I would love to read the end of it. Nostalgia... ;-)
Here is all the (very fragmentary) informations I remember: The “hero” was a robot, among many identical ones. He and the other robots hunted humans to kill them. But he had developed feelings and was horrified of these killings. So much so that he ended up defending a g ..read more

I'm looking for graphic novels drawn traditionally with ink, but without any underlying penciling.
Do you know of any you would recommend?

Edit: I put the incorrect name for the collection. It's the Epic Collection I'm looking at.
So I just found out these were a thing. There's apparently 22 volumes or so listed, but every list I've come across for them there's no Vol 13-16, basically covers the run from issue 200-250 (some good stuff in that run).
Have they just not printed these editions yet or are they out of print? What's the deal here?
I want to try to collect the run from Giant Sized #1 to about #350. Is there a different route I should take than these editions? I think even the new Omnibus collection leaves stuff out.

Hey guys,
While reading interviews with many Comic creators from Joe Kubert to Neal Adams.
It seems the Comic Code of Authority(1954) was a changing point were Comics were no longer for wider adult audiences with gore and sexual themes. But had to the content had to be restrictred and deemed 'safe' to be read primarily to younger audiences.
However, before this Code there was an "implicit assumption" that Comic books were aimed mostly towards younger readers. Hence, why any adult content would be harmful. Therefore, the title, "Seduction of the Innocent," by Wertham.
The same goes for Animati ..read more

Both of these books were released on April 16th, and I picked them up instantly.
The Micronauts Omnibus saves me from having to collect that series individually. They were a part of a group of licenced properties that also existing in the Marvel continuity, so naturally I needed this.
The Venus book is the second release from Fantagraphics of their Atlas Comics Library that Marvel is licensing.
As you can see, the book is HUGE. It also reproduces the interior art much like it would have looked with the original publishing.
Marvel originally planned a second volume of Venus Atlas Era Marv ..read more
