The first book in this series came out in January 2021. I was not familiar with the author, but kept hearing a lot of good about the book. I got the chance to review the second book, so I bought the first one and read it in August 2022. And loved it.  Set in 1085 London, the book centers around Kit Turner, a Robin Hood type female, and Constable Jackson Forge.  More opposite characters could not be found, and these two clash in some hilarious ways. I did a blog post at the end of December listing several Christian fiction male authors, and separated them into two lists: Those that I had read, and those that I had not.  When I wrote about this author, I mentioned that I was interested in his books, but hated to pay that much for a book when I had never read the author.
