Fresh nettle pesto is a tasty vegan spread that goes perfectly with pastas, salads and breads. 2dl of blanched fresh nettle (dip into boiling water for 30sec) and 1dl of fresh chopped young goutweed leaves. Yarrow grows literally everywhere in Finland. It has a slightly peppery taste, which goes surprisingly well with drinks such as tea, liquors, smoothies and sparkling summer drinks.
