To start off, I’m going to state the obvious. There are a lot of great places in Hawaii. Exotic beaches, jagged green mountains, charming local towns, VOLCANOES. After my mask was secured and my fins were strapped to my feet, I waded down the final few steps of the catamaran’s ladder and eased into the water. If going to a luau is on your Maui bucket list, listen up ; )  While I personally think the best luau on Maui (heck, in Hawaii) is the Old Lahaina Luau (we’re still awaiting news of their reopening after wildfires swept through Lahaina at the end of last summer), if you’re staying in South Maui it’s a bit of a drive over to that side of the island.  But good news! On my quest to visit…every single place in Florida (it’s going well ; ) I was bound to eventually end up in St. Augustine.  Founded in 1565 by the Spanish, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the US. Famous for its rich history (Pirates!
