Stang Hideaway is one of two cabins at Hillcrest Park, part of Meridian Parks, and is the dog friendly of the two cabins on offer. Over summer Arthur and I enjoyed a stay there to try it out. Hillcrest Park is between Richmond and Barnard Castle, so a great spot for exploring North Yorkshire, Teesdale and the North Pennines AONB. The park itself already has caravan pitches, and they’re currently working on a new section of luxury lodges, but the two cabins offer a unique stay more along the lines of luxury glamping.
