N and D got engaged in August in Central Park. To help celebrate D’s birthday N wanted to do a fun engagement portrait session. We started the session at The Nest in Schenectady where they went on their first date. We were even able to take some pictures at the same table they had sat at!   Kara, a grade school teacher, and Kieran, an accountant, who live in Long Island City, Queens, rescheduled the large wedding of their dreams until next year. Happily, they were able to have the original ceremony date that they wanted on Saturday at Siena College’s St. Mary of the Angels Chapel with immediate family present to share in their joy.  Cate, a teacher, and Dan, a scientist, met in Boston and now live in Minneapolis.  This gorgeous day was a joy to photograph for Steph, a Bronx native, who works in communication and marketing for NYC Service - Office of the Mayor, and Alex, a Construction Project Manager for NYC Parks Department. The pair, who live in the Bronx, met in 2014 during a work volunteer event hosted by the NYC Parks Department. They married Saturday at Ellms Family Farm in Ballston Spa, NY a mile down the road from where Alex grew up.
