I’ve been on two cruises in my life - one through the British Virgin Islands and the one I just finished through Alaska. Both were incredible. Although completely different experiences, I think a very common experience for many people coming off a cruise is feeling overstuffed, underslept and generally kind of blech. Even though I keep it fairly reined in when I go on vacation, I definitely indulge more, sleep less and am exposed t ..read more

The recent bread workshop we did in The Christian Health Club inspired me to branch out with my bread making. I’ve always milled my grain, dumped all of the ingredients in the bread machine, and set-it-and-forget-it until I have a beautiful 2-pound loaf of bread ready 3 hours later. It’s so simple. But, Kerri showed us other fun options of what we can do with the dough. Come check it out ..read more

Hello my friend! The other day, I stumbled upon a phrase that resonated deeply: "fit, content, and abundant." This aptly described how I desired to feel and be. It also brought to mind various Biblical verses. Today, I want to share my revelations on how these words can impact your life in light of God's word.

I’ve had some GREAT feedback from those of you who have been experimenting with homemade wheat bread since hearing the podcasts I did with Sue Becker. And this is after most of you - like me - had been gluten free for many years.

Angie messaged me this week and said, “ My diarrhea six times a day is gone. The bread is the ONLY change I made. I still make sure not to eat other processed gluten.”
Another person I know said the bread is what got her off Cellcore’s Bowel Mover ..read more
